01
When growth changes the operation

More sales are exciting. Managing every order alone can become the constraint.

Orders spread across multiple channels

Multiple sales channels can create repeated checks, separate paperwork and a difficult manual workflow.

Inventory begins to outgrow the available space

As shelves fill and dispatch competes for space, the priority becomes the right capacity and structure—not simply a bigger warehouse.

Pre-operational and transparent: suitable space and operating resources are secured only after requirements and commercial viability are confirmed.

03Representative operating scope

A clear service flow from inbound stock to returns.

The final scope is configured around confirmed requirements, but the operating journey can be designed as one connected flow rather than disconnected tasks.

Store & Organize

Pick the Order

Select the right products from controlled locations for each confirmed order.

Stage & Handover

Inspect & Resolve

One connected journey. The exact services, responsibilities and resources are confirmed during assessment.

Common questions

Clear answers before commitment.

Does WAZ already operate a warehouse?

No. WAZ uses a client-led, build-to-demand model. Suitable space, partners and resources are secured after requirements and commercial viability are confirmed.

Can I request storage only?

A storage-only or broader fulfillment model can be considered, depending on your inventory profile, available facility options and agreed operating scope.

Which locations are being considered?

The initial focus is Bandung and Jakarta, but final location depends on client demand, delivery requirements, facility availability and commercial suitability.

Can WAZ support marketplace and website orders?

The operating model can be designed around the client’s actual order sources. Technical integrations and procedures must be confirmed during assessment.
